چکیده
Introduction The cerebellum has been implicated in cognitive, affective and motor functions, including emotion regulation, executive control sensorimotor processing. In schizophrenia, cerebellar dysfunction associated with treatment resistance clinical features. However, few studies have focused on delusional disorder (DD). Objectives Our main purpose was to review the evidence available abnormalities dysfunctions patients DD. Methods A systematic conducted through PubMed, Scopus ClinicalTrials.gov (inception-June 2022) according Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews Meta-analyses (PRISMA) directives. following search terms were used: OR AND (“delusional disorder” paranoia). Reference lists from included hand-checked find other potential relevant papers. Results Six a total of 119 retrieved records (PubMed: 52, Scopus: 66, ClinicalTrials.gov: 1). Study 1:Patients DD somatic type (n=14) presented decreased gray matter volume lobules compared healthy controls (HC) (n=32, left lobule VIIIa) non-somatic (n=18, V). Cerebellar volumes did not seem differ between HC 2:Abnormalities voluntary saccadic eye movements, linking frontal found (n=34) (n=40). 3: Abnormal smooth pursuit movements (n=15) (n=40) similar schizophrenia Case reports (n=3): Dandy-Walker variant (partial vermian hypoplasia), unruptured intracerebral aneurysm basilar artery, megacisterna magna. Conclusions deficits reported, particularly those presenting contents. Disclosure Interest None Declared

Emerging insights into the biology of metastasis: A review article
Metastasis means the dissemination of the cancer cells from one organ to another which is not directly connected to the primary site. Metastasis has a crucial role in the prognosis of cancer patients. A few theories, different types of cell and several molecular pathways have been proposed to explain the mechanism of metastasis. In this work, the related articles in the limited period of time, ...
متن کاملElectrophysiological insights into connectivity anomalies in schizophrenia: a systematic review
The pathophysiology of schizophrenia may fundamentally involve a disturbance in the interaction between neuronal groups that leads to impaired communication within and between brain areas. Such a “dysconnectivity syndrome” could underlie the pronounced cognitive deficits as well as the emergence of psychosis. Evidence for this hypothesis has mainly come from functional magnetic resonance imagin...

متن کاملPhoria adaptation in patients with cerebellar dysfunction.
The authors studied phoria adaptation to horizontal base-out prism in 17 patients with well-documented cerebellar lesions. There was no significant difference between mean adaptation measured in the patients and ten normal controls. Individually, normal adaptation was found in 12 patients. Abnormal adaptation was found in five patients, all but one of which had other neurologic lesions. These r...
